Affirmations that make you prove it.

Affirms gives you one statement about who you're becoming, then makes you back it up. Write it out daily, complete one small proof action, and on day seven retake the test you started with.

Seven days. No account. Four minutes to set up.

What do you want to change?

How it works

  1. 01

    Set a baseline

Record 60 seconds and get a score card. A number to beat.

  2. 02

    Write it, then prove it

Ten written lines a day, then one small proof action.

  3. 03

    Retake the test

Same prompt on day seven. Before and after, side by side.

Every affirmation is a claim. Every proof action is the receipt.

The proof principle

Affirmations on their own do nothing. Saying a sentence every morning does not make it true; without evidence it is only a claim, and a claim you cannot support tends to fade.

Affirms attaches each affirmation to a small piece of evidence. A written statement, a recorded minute, a completed action: each one is a receipt filed against the claim. After seven days you are not trying to believe something new. You are reading back a record.

Written by people who do this for a living.
